1) The warranty does not cover any physical damage to the PC or equipment.
2) Please ensure that your computer equipment is properly safeguarded against load shedding, as the warranty does not cover damaged equipment due to power-related incidents.
3) If the PC is custom built to spec, we cannot offer any refunds as the computer is custom built to the client's requirements.
4) High-end computers are fragile during shipping. Dropping them even when in its box could result in damage to components.
5) All equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranties.
